1. About Mandap & Beyond

Mandap & Beyond provides event planning, design, décor, coordination, and allied event-related services for weddings, social events, corporate functions, and cultural celebrations.

2. Scope of Services

• Services include (but are not limited to): event planning, décor, design, vendor coordination, logistics, special effects, catering coordination, photography/videography coordination, entertainment, and venue support.
  
  
• The exact scope of services will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the client.
  
  
• Any services not mentioned explicitly are not included unless agreed upon in writing.
  
  

3. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
  
  
• Dates are blocked strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  
• Verbal discussions or informal messages do not constitute confirmation.
  
  

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  
  
• Payments are typically structured as:
  
  
  • Advance / Booking Amount (non-refundable)
    
    
  • Milestone payments (if applicable)
    
    
  • Final settlement before or on the event date
    
    
• Any additional requirements or last-minute changes requested by the client may incur extra charges.
  
  

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The advance/booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  
  
• In case of cancellation:
  
  
  • Vendor advances already paid on behalf of the client will be adjusted or forfeited as per vendor policies.
    
    
  • Mandap & Beyond is not responsible for third-party vendor refund timelines or decisions.
    
    
• Date rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate event details, timelines, and requirements in a timely manner.
  
  
• Any delays, changes, or miscommunication from the client side may affect execution quality or timelines.
  
  
• Mandap & Beyond will not be liable for issues arising due to incorrect or late information shared by the client.
  
  

7. Design, Décor & Creative Rights

• All concepts, designs, layouts, and creative ideas shared by Mandap & Beyond remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  
  
• Minor variations in décor elements may occur due to availability, weather conditions, or venue constraints.
  
  
• Exact replication of reference images cannot be guaranteed.
  
  

8. Third-Party Vendors

• Mandap & Beyond may coordinate with third-party vendors (caterers, photographers, entertainers, etc.).
  
  
• While we ensure professional coordination, Mandap & Beyond is not liable for service failures caused directly by third-party vendors.
  
  
• Vendor terms and conditions will apply independently.
  
  

9. Force Majeure

Mandap & Beyond shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
  
  
• Government restrictions
  
  
• Pandemics
  
  
• Venue shutdowns
  
  
• Acts of God or public emergencies
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• Mandap & Beyond’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
  
  
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  
  

11. Photography & Marketing Use

• Mandap & Beyond reserves the right to use event photographs/videos for portfolio, website, and social media marketing, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
  
  

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• Client information shared with Mandap & Beyond will be used strictly for service execution and communication.
  
  
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for event execution.
  
  

13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.
  
  
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts, under applicable Indian laws.
  
  

14. Changes to Terms

Mandap & Beyond reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
